Move with intention. Live with purpose.

My Story

I know what it's like to spend years chasing the next goal.

The next promotion. The next achievement. The next milestone that promises to make you feel successful, confident, or fulfilled.

For much of my life, I believed that if I worked hard enough, accomplished enough, and became enough, I would eventually arrive at the feeling I was searching for.

And for a while, it worked.

I built a successful career in corporate sales leadership, led high-performing teams, and achieved many of the things I once dreamed of accomplishing.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I had become incredibly skilled at achieving while feeling disconnected from myself.

I was constantly focused on what was next and rarely present for what was right in front of me.

The Shift

Yoga entered my life at a time when I needed it most.

Not because I needed another goal to pursue, but because I needed a different way of living.

It taught me how to slow down. How to listen. How to be present. How to reconnect with myself beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and pressure I had spent years carrying.

That experience changed the way I lead, the way I move through the world, and ultimately the work I feel called to do today.

A Different Way of Leading

As I deepened my practice, I began to realize that yoga wasn't just changing how I felt—it was changing how I led.

For years, I believed leadership was about performance, achievement, and having all the answers. It was about working harder, pushing through, and constantly striving for more.

Yoga introduced me to a different way.

I learned that true leadership begins with self-awareness—that the way we lead others is often a reflection of how we lead ourselves.

The more connected I became to myself, the more grounded, intentional, and authentic I became in every area of my life.

My Work Today

Today, I bring these teachings into both personal and professional spaces through yoga, coaching, workshops, and community experiences.

Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, leading a corporate wellness session, volunteering in my community, or supporting someone through a season of personal growth, my intention remains the same:

To create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with greater clarity, presence, and purpose.

I believe that meaningful transformation doesn’t come from becoming someone else.

It comes from returning to who you truly are.

And it would be an honour to support you on that journey.

Move with intention. Live with purpose.
